This research brief focus on environmental victimization concerning prison siting in Texas through prior research concerning incarcerated persons in Texas and siting of prisons near toxic land and descriptive analysis of the sociodemographic makeup of Texas counties and distribution of incarcerated persons as it relates to Superfund sites.
